My prayer

I've never been so confused like now. I have done something that I myself is not sure of, been indulge on a situation where the only way out is to hurt some one. I am so selfish because I know it will hurt but I still did it. Now I am so confused of my feelings but I believe God will show me the right path and help me move on. I do not want to stay on the darkness again for a long since my past always blinds me of the good opportunity that coming my way. I do not know what to do but I believe By God's love and grace I will be free and I will know how to start all over again.

I got angered so easily and irritated so deeply. After the feeling is gone I felt so ashamed of what had happened and for what I did. I sometimes cannot control myself but being aware of it helps me to control it. 

Only that when anger is all over me it blinds me to death. I could even kill someone out of my anger. 

This quote makes me wanna wonder how to make myself  be a forgiving person since unforgiving heart binds me.

 But blaming myself now can never be of help, being aware of my weakness and always be on guard for it will really do help.

Today's reminder

Today I feel like quitting in every thought that I have in every situation that I have been. Hatred, pain and sorrow. but with this quote I am sure I will have a lesson to learn from all those things that happen in my life.

Mark 4: 25

25 Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have,

 even what he has will be taken from him."

This may be confusing for me but after a little research I have come to a conclusion that we have to be positive to get more. The word "given more" does not refer to material things but instead on how you perceive things.


Example: I have been working for more than a year now and I feel that my income is so much lower than my expenses. I am not able to buy the things that I want, I always find my finances not enough to fill in my expenses. I always think that I have less, that why am I being pulled down. 


I also tried to resign inorder for me to find a greener pasture =, inorder for me to get more but I remember just now what my neice once told me. Even if I have that income it is still not enough (and that is the income I have in mind to have a better balance on my finances.


Thus checking my thoughts today I realize that I am always making or perceiving things thing negatively thus I really have less.


What will I become in the next coming years even if I will become a negative thinker?

We all need a daily check up from the neck up to avoid 'stinkin' thinkin' which ultimately leads to hardening of the attitudes.

Imagine someone, John Doe 1, who lives in a small rented apartment, has a job that he doesn’t like and doesn’t pay that much either. He barely has enough money to pay all his bills, and his landlord has to “remind” him to pay the rent all the time. He can’t afford to eat out, go to the movies etc. He thinks: “When will things be right for me? Why can’t I get a raise? I never have enough money. I can’t ask a girl out, I can’t go on vacation, I’m trapped. I work so hard and my boss gets rich, nobody appreciates me.”

Obviously, John Doe 1 does not have. So, even what he has will be taken from him. Every month he’ll be more depressed. He’ll blame the economy, the authorities, the politicians. His scarcity can only deepen. Where do you think he’ll be in five years?

Whoever has…

Now, imagine someone else, John Doe 2. This guy also lives in a small rented apartment, also has a job that he hates and is also underpaid. He also lives paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford to go out. But this guy thinks: “Wow, I am so lucky! I have a steady flow of money, even if it’s not much yet, and I have a place I can call home. I might have been fired with this crisis thingy and whatnot. I might have been sick with this swine flu thingy and whatnot. I am truly blessed. Now, let’s see what’s to be done if I want to ask the new copy girl out.”

Obviously, John Doe 2 has. So, he will be given more. He will figure out a way to get more money for a date with the copy girl. And he will always be grateful. His abundance can only thrive. Where do you think he’ll be in five years?

Conclusion

Although apparently John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 have the same situation, same health, same income, one of them has and will be given more, and the other doesn’t have and he will be taken from.

This is the very essence of the Law of Attraction, concentrated so very nicely in this Bible verse, q.e.d.

Apparently if I will become John Doe 2 I will have more. I only need to re think again and reconsider again the things that I have in my mind regarding my life and how I perceive my future. 

I have a hard time deciding whether to resign or not but now I realize I think I will have to take back my resignation if my boss still wants me to stay.

What is heaven like?

Q: "Is there really a heaven? What is heaven like and where is it? Will I get to see all my family and friends that are gone?"

our A: Yes, there really is a heaven.

What most people call "heaven" is actually an eternal city which the Bible calls the "new Jerusalem" (Revelation 21:2). The eternal city is described like this:

"Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." He who was seated on the throne said, 'I am making everything new.'" (Revelation 21:3-5)

The new Jerusalem will be the eternal home of God's people. Of this place, the Bible says that "nothing unclean and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those whose names are written in [Jesus'] book of life" (Revelation 21:27).

We are told that all people will undergo a bodily resurrection from the dead, and all will appear before the judgment seat of Christ (Revelation 20:11-13). Though Jesus initially came to the earth as a Savior, He will now sit as Judge. Those whose names are not found written in his book of life will be cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:14-15).

The idea that everyone will go to heaven and see their relatives is not a biblical idea at all. Jesus said that only those who believe in Him would find life, because "no one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). In Revelation 7:9 we are told that, in heaven, there will be a multitude of people from every tribe, language, people and nation who will have eternal life because of their faith in Jesus. Those who have rejected God will not be with Him.

Question to ponder: If god knows what I need why then does He not just give it to me?

Your Father knoweth what things ye have need of - Prayer is not designed to inform God, but to give man a sight of his misery; to humble his heart, to excite his desire, to inflame his faith, to animate his hope, to raise his soul from earth to heaven, and to put him in mind that There is his Father, his country, and inheritance.

In the preceding verses we may see three faults, which our Lord commands us to avoid in prayer: -

1.  Hypocrisy. Be not as the hypocrites. Matthew 6:5.
2.  Dissipation. Enter into thy closet. Matthew 6:6.
3.  Much Speaking, or Unmeaning Repetition, Be not like the heathens. Matthew 6:7.

Be not ye therefore like unto them,..... Do not be imitators of them, and  do not follow their ways, who have only the dim light of nature to guide them; it would be shameful in you to do as they do, when you have a divine revelation for your direction; and especially, because your Father knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask him; and therefore have no need to make use of many words, or much speaking, or long prayers. The omniscience of God is a considerable argument, and a great encouragement to prayer; he knows our persons and our wants before hand; and as he is able to help us, we have reason to believe he will; especially since he stands in the relation of a Father to us.

Often times I asked myself as to why my life is like this that when I stumble to this verse the first thing that came into my mind is why didn't God gave me the desire of my heart if he already knows the desire of my heart but another verse spoke:

Luke 11:9-10
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, it will be opened.

I heard of this several Times and several times I forget  because of lack of knowledge of how God is doing things for me. I lack the trust, the Faith, the PRAYERS ( "Pray without ceasing."—1 Thessalonians 5:17)

He wanted me to see that prayer is being close to Him and is one way to understand his word. Maybe often times God spoke to me on things that I have to do but my heart is so stupid to not accept God's little voice with in me. Now I wanted to really surrender my life to Him. I may not be able to automatically change my way but I believe that God will help me.

 A wedding cake showing a woman who ask help from the man and the man willingly lowering his hand to take the woman up with him. Just remind me of the gospel verse where it says:

• Matthew 19:4-6

Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."

This little things can make a story: The above picture shows that the man is lowering his hand to take his bride up to him. Above that is a ....

 Dreamland where they can both be happy ever after. The man now is showing his bride the way to their castle to meet a new life with him. Reaching the castle ....

 a woman is now showing them their way in to it.

That is almost a perfect wedding story but there are some who may stumble with a marriage where they want to have a special cake that may show their real life adventures and experiences and to shows what they really expect they can chose this thing. It is a little fascinating :

Oooopsss enough with those wedding cakes and all lets take a little breath and go down to like special thing for or day for you. Here is an example that you can use Special cake for a special occasion... 

 If you want to give something special but unique gift you can give this to your special someone. It may look like an ordinary plastic flower but the truth is the flower is called:

I am a nature lover and I love the looks of it. It feels like you are in a small part of what they call paradise.

Today, I stumble down a blog about the Unbearable Lighness of Being by Milan. I never heard of it. Realizing that this book had something that can bestow us a lesson in life made me realize that sure we have only one life. And everything that happens has a reason. The reason maybe simple but God, it can change someone's life. It is a simple life reminder of who we are and what life is and and the purpose of it. I can not wait till I can get a hold of this book.

" Hey book wait for me I will soon find you." 

Here is one of the line that capture this little person inside me

•  " A person who longs to leave the place where he lives is an unhappy person." 

Yes, I do believe in it as  I myself have experience such a unhappiness. I wanted to leave the place I have had live because I am not happy with it. I no longer feel that I belong there.Here is another part of the post (book) that catches my attention: 

• "When the heart speaks, the mind finds it indecent to object. In the realm of kitsch, the dictatorship of the heart reigns supreme."

Maybe this is why people (even married) have to leave someone for someone. Like a short story or for them is a joke but it is true in today's world, a friend sent me through text message last Sunday.

Girl: Hi hon, saan ka ngayon?        

    Girl: Hi hon, where are you?

Boy: Andito sa park. Ikaw anong ginagawa mo?          

  Boy: I'm here at the park. How about you, what are you doing?

Girl : Nanonood ng love story.          

  Girl: I'm here watching a love story.

  Boy: Wow, That's sweet. But wait, where are you really?

Sounds familiar ha!!! The short story maybe true to some and may not apply to others. But the fact that life is just unfair most people are drawn to do what there heart dictates. Thus leading to unhappiness of a another person however even after the things that people do to make themselves happy they still find themselves craving for something to make them happy.And so this line speaks of why people tend to be unhappy.

• Human time does not turn in a circle; it runs ahead in a straight line. That is why man cannot be happy: happiness is the longing for repetition.

 We may feel odd of the things that is happening now but remembering what God has said on his word we should always remember that we only have one life

• Human life occurs only once, and the reason we cannot determine which of our decisions are good and which bad is that in a given situation we can make only one decision; we are not granted a second, third, or fourth life in which to compare various decisions.
